Professional Design & 3D Renderings
$295Once you're ready to move forward, this fee covers your custom design package: professional 3D renderings of your space, a detailed project estimate, and a dedicated 2-hour showroom appointment with your designer. You'll see exactly what your new kitchen will look like before making any commitments.
This fee is fully credited toward your cabinet purchase when you choose Seacoast Cabinet.
Design Revisions
$95/hourNeed to make changes after seeing your initial design? No problem. Additional revision time is billed hourly, and we recommend combining revision requests for efficiency. Whether you want to explore different layouts, finishes, or configurations, we'll refine until you're completely satisfied.
All revision fees are also credited toward your purchase.
Detailed Construction Plans
20% RetainerFor projects requiring detailed construction plans and specifications, we collect a 20% retainer based on your estimated cabinetry cost. This covers the additional documentation your contractor needs for installation.
Like all our design fees, this retainer is fully credited to your purchase when you move forward with Seacoast Cabinet.
