Frank LeBlanc

Frank LeBlanc

Manager

Frank has over 20 years of experience in custom furniture, custom cabinets, kitchen renovations, and general construction. His passion is turning raw materials and empty spaces into beautiful and useful objects or areas for everyday life. From start to finish, Frank navigates his clients through the design and installation process with open communication and understanding. Frank is incredibly proud of his talented team; seeing them succeed is more important than any monetary value the business brings.

Deondre Almas

Deondre Almas

Lead Designer

Deondre started with Seacoast Cabinet in July of 2020. After earning her Bachelor degree of Fine Arts in Interior Design, Deondre worked as a Floorplan Draftsman for the real estate market drafting scale floor plans in AutoCad while also working as a Visual Merchandiser in the furniture industry. It was her introduction to design as a Contracted Design Assistant for a reputable “design and build” company that sparked her passion for kitchen design. She has quickly become the Lead Designer for Seacoast Cabinet working with incredibly detailed and difficult designs while simultaneously providing top notch communication and customer service for our clients. “As a 20+ years tradesman, I’ve worked with some very talented people. Deondre is the most well-rounded designer I’ve ever worked with. Her work ethic, attention to detail, reliability and design abilities are everything we look for in a designer and to be honest, we’d be completely lost without her. We’re very lucky to have her on our team.” – Frank LeBlanc, Manager

Abigail Crump

Abigail Crump

I am currently attending University of Massachusetts Amherst, pursuing a degree in Psychology. I initially joined Frank’s team as a temporary office administrator during winter break, however, as I became more acquainted with the team and experienced the supportive work environment that Frank fosters daily, I developed a growing interest in interior design.

Frank and his team generously allowed me to shadow him on various projects, providing me with valuable insights into the field. This experience sparked my passion for interior design at Seacoast Cabinet. Under Frank’s mentorship, I have had the opportunity to expand my skills beyond administrative duties. This hands-on experience has deepened my appreciation for the craft and the intricacies of creating functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces. I am incredibly grateful for Frank and his team’s guidance and look forward to continuing my growth within this dynamic and inspiring environment.

Tyler LeBlanc

Tyler LeBlanc

Administrative Assistant

Tyler works for us remotely from South Carolina where he is attending college, pursuing a degree in business. He graduated from Pinkerton Highschool in Derry NH and earned himself a scholarship to play DII lacrosse as a goalie for Newberry College. Tyler helps with administrative tasks and has a creative business mind which showed in his own pickle ball apparel startup in 2023. He loves business and has an entrepreneurial spirit. “Tyler is my oldest son and I’ve talked about business with my boys since I started my first company in 2007. When I told him I was looking for an Administrative Assistant, he jumped on the opportunity. He has quickly become my go to “think tank” partner for business ideas and growth decisions. He’s creative, intelligent and passionate about business. I’m certain he will be successful wherever he ends up after college and hopeful it will be with us”
